For Heaven Hill Brands’ Father’s Day campaign for Evan Williams Bourbon, the promotion centered on a guitar giveaway and exclusive access to a free song download from the Southern rock band Bush Hawg.
As a Kentucky-based bourbon brand, Evan Williams wanted to evoke a gentlemanly, refined vibe while staying true to its authentic rural identity. I designed a set of digital banners and promotional materials that balanced these qualities, using:
– Warm, sepia-toned imagery to create an inviting, nostalgic atmosphere
– Visuals of leather chairs, cigars, and rustic textures to ground the brand in its heritage
– A clean, modern serif typeface to introduce sophistication without losing approachability
The result was a cohesive, elevated look that resonated with Evan Williams’ core audience while reinforcing the brand’s identity as classic, authentic, and timeless.
