AMANDA MORLEY BOYD YIN
Poem: Presage
I feel it.
That miasma,
Once inhumed, routed.
Emerging.
How long was it captive?
Or traveling,
While we unzipped our chainmail,
Danced,
Basked bare and warm.
Now to fortify,
Melt the plowshares.
Put on our makeup again.
